Summertime was made for enjoy cocktails in the back garden on a nice warm, sunny day so why not give this cocktail from Agwa de Bolivia a go?

It was created by Gerald Faundez from Queensland using the coca liqueur and is perfect for these sunny days!

De Pachamama

Glass: Goblet

Ingredients:

50ml Agwa

10ml Mickey Finn Sour Apple

1 Bar spoon of Green Fairy Absinth

45ml Cloudy apple juice

15ml Lemon juice

1 Dash of gomme

15ml Passionfruit pulp

Agwa flavoured fairy floss

Method:

Shake all vigorously and strain into a chilled goblet

Garnish:

Passionfruit pulp and a side serving of Agwa flavoured fairy floss
