The Great Gatsby Cocktail: Gin Rickey
We’re all in much anticipation for Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby and this cocktail recipe takes us right back to the roaring twenties.
If you’re looking to throw a Gatsby themed party then serving this cocktail is a must!
Here’s what you’ll need to make it.
Gin Rickey
Ingredients:
35ml Tanqueray London Dry
25ml Apricot Liqueur
Soda Water
Fresh Lime
Method:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker and the juice of half a lime and shake vigorously.
Pour over ice into a highball glass and top with soda.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
