Wet weather needs a comforting hot lunch with a few spices thrown in.

Cream sauces are very good at adding richness and comfort to a dish but are not what we always want. Mustard comes into its own here by satisfying our requirements.

Grey Poupon as the only Dijon mustard made with white wine is not only full of spice but has an added piquancy that only the wine can deliver. Additionally it delivers an unctuous comforting creaminess without the calories.

A splash of oil

2 medium onions, peeled

a splash of white wine

1 anchovy fillet, optional

2 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped chives

2 good large free range English chicken breasts, skin removed.
