Passionfruit Collins Cocktail
It’s finally summer and that means the days are getting longer which means more time to relax with friends and enjoy a few drinks.
Rekorderlig have created the Passionfruit Collins cocktail for you to enjoy with friends this summer.
Here’s everything you’ll need to have a go for yourself!
Passionfruit Collins
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
40ml 42Below Passionfruit vodka
20ml fresh lemon juice
10ml passionfruit puree
20ml soda water
100ml Rekorderlig Passionfruit
Method:
Add cubed ice into a boston shaker and add all ingredients apart from the cider.
Shake ingredients hard and double strain into glass. Top with Rekorderlig Passionfruit Cider.
