The BolAvar Martini Cocktail
There’s nothing better than sipping a refreshing cocktail in the summer sun with friends and this cocktail is perfect for it.
It uses Agwa de Bolivia, a coca leaf liqueur that has 37 different herbs and botanicals in it which are sure to keep you refreshed!
The cocktail was created by Kevin Peters from New South Wales, Winner of The Bolivian Job competition, for you to try out at home. Enjoy!
BolAvar Martini
Glass: Martini
Ingredients:
30ml Agwa
15ml Limoncello
15ml Martini Bianco
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
15ml Egg white
3 Basil leaves
Method:
Add all liquids into a boston glass, then tear basil leaves into the glass.
Shake and double strain into Martini glass.
Garnish - Basil leaf float.
