Descent is the third DLC map pack for Call of Duty: Blacks Ops III and has today (July 12) arrived on PlayStation 4 ahead of other consoles.
Four new multiplayer maps are available in the form of Berserk, Cryogen, Rumble and Treyarch's reimagining of fan favourite map Raid, now called Empire.
The DLC also brings with it an alternate universe of Zombies hero Nikolai's motherland, the 1940s Soviet Union.
As the next chapter of the Origins Zombies saga, Gorod Krovi will see players face off against mechanised zombie infantry, dodging hell-fire from aerial dragon assaults whilst stuck in the middle of a raging battle within the remnants of Stalingrad.
With new enemies, gameplay mechanics and weapons available, developers are promising the "most exciting Zombies experience yet".
Call of Duty: Black Ops III Descent is out now on PS4 with next-gen platform availability elsewhere to follow.
