Following the world premiere trailer at The Game Awards 2020 for Shady Part Of Me, Focus Home Interactive and Douze-Dixièmes have released their collaborative effort for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.

To get a glimpse at the story being told, you can watch the launch trailer for the game below:

This stunning dream-like journey puts players in the shoes of a little girl and her shadow, who must cooperate and learn together if they're to evolve and escape their nightmarish surroundings.

Throughout the adventure, gamers will be able to alternate at any time between controlling the girl and her shadow, in a mix of stunning 3D and 2D gameplay.

It may take a few different attempts and approaches to progress, but with the ability to turn back after meeting failure, the title keeps you pushing away at uncovering exactly what narrative developers are trying to tell.

Secrets lurk around each corner, in an unpredictable tale of hope and despair.

Emotional, artistic and featuring the voice of Hannah Murray, the game features a unique watercolour style and contemplative puzzles which must be solved if you are to break the dreamscape the girl appears to be trapped in.
