One of the most highly-anticipated video games for next-gen consoles, The Medium, today got an official release date. Developed and published by Bloober Team, The Medium will launch on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC via Steam as well as the Epic Store on December 10th, 2020.

Alongside the reveal was the debut of a new video, giving players a closer look at the dual-reality world than ever before, whilst also showcasing the game's dark art style inspired by Polish artist Zdzislaw Beksiński.

Bloober Team's artists have been closely studying the paintings of the rtist to bring the visually distinct and nightmarish atmosphere to life, pairing it with an eerie score from Arkadiusz Reikowski and Akira Yamaoka. This could be one of the most terrifying vieo games of all time.
