Today (October 7th, 2021), Ubisoft have released the roadmap for the entire first year of post-launch content for Riders Republic; this includes free seasonal and exclusive content for Year 1 Pass owners.
Ubisoft are a leading gaming company with a large number of games under their belt, including the famous Assassin’s Creed franchise, as well as the Far Cry and Watch Dogs series.
The Year 1 content for the game will feature four different seasons, each with unique and exciting themes. Day one is the Grand Opening Pre-Season; players are invited to the Riders Republic launch celebrations, and can experience several multiplayer modes.
These modes include Mass Race, Tricks Battle, Free for All and Versus; users can also unlock exclusive rewards during weekly challenges. Owners of the Year 1 Pass can also explore the map with two pairs of Exotic Kits: The Rocket Bike and the Rocket Skis, both extremely fun ways to get around!
These exciting new vehicles will make sure players can have even more fun than usual, and can go back to certain points in the game at high speed to create their own adventures and thrilling stunts.
Season One sees winter hit the Republic. The Winter Bash boasts a seasonal progression, in which players can unlock amazing content and rewards when they participate in limited-time-only multiplayer experiences, events, and unique activities.
As well as this, Year 1 Pass owners will get exclusive access to even more exotic kits that come with special skins and content; furthermore, players will also receive a legendary cosmetic bundle, so they can look their best while flying through the sky.
It’s time for a showdown when Season Two arrives; the arrival of the awesome Showdown Multiplayer Mode, a thrilling 6v6 confrontation in crazy arenas will definitely put a spring in your step.
Players will be diving into arenas, with their crew, in order to collect more gems than the opposing team.
The Third Season will play host to the BMX Sport Add-on to Riders Republic, as well as BMX specialised areas and new playgrounds and events to discover.
For Year 1 Pass holders only, the BMX season will bring the new BMX career, with new sponsors and events, not to mention a legendary cosmetic bundle.
The Year 1 Pass content can either be bought as a standalone or through pre-ordering the Gold and Ultimate Editions that contain the Gold Edition, which includes the base game and the Year 1 Pass including eight exotic kits that allow players to modify gameplay in the form of gear upgrades throughout the year.
The BMX Sport Add-on and exclusive content will be added after launch. The Rocket Bike and Rocket Ski exotic kits will be available at launch.
The Ultimate Edition includes the base game and the Year 1 Pass, as well as four exciting cosmetic packs including Cosmic, Rainbow, Neon and Skull’n Style. Players will also enjoy 20 helicopter tickets to reach their favorite in-game summits quicker than ever before.
Riders Republic will launch on October 28th, 2021, on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and Stadia; as well as Windows PC through the Ubisoft Store and the Epic Games Store.
