Why did you want to launch a fitness DVD?

We wanted to bring out a fitness DVD for all ages, so even working women like us can fit exercise into their busy daily routine! We are three normal girls that like to keep fit and have fun when working out together. The DVD shows our individual personalities too, so if you like us you’ll love the DVD!

Who is the DVD aimed at?

I think this DVD will appeal to a wide but young audience, so anyone from a working mum to young fans of TOWIE can regularly enjoy exercise- especially girls who look up to us on the show. And it’s really easy to do, as it takes only 20 minutes, so you could even workout in your lunch break!  Some boys might also like it, to look at us in our bikinis!

Tell us about your personal keep fit routine?

I do try to exercise as regularly as possible. Glen, the trainer on the DVD had to warm to us at first, and sometimes he had to tell us off and be like “come on girls” when we got a bit giggly after lunch, and he would ask us if we knew the routine yet! He was really fun to work with.

What foods have you been eating to help you keep your figure?

I have been eating healthily to help me see the results, whilst exercising we eat lots of nuts, fruit, and normally salads for lunch. Sam and I always have a healthy home cooked dinner with grilled chicken or salmon and lots of salad and vegetables.

What’s your favourite part of your body and what’s the worst?

I’m quite a curvy girl, so whilst I’m petite, I like having boobs, and mine are all natural!  I would love to be taller though, and have longer legs.

Which celebs body do you admire?

Kim Kardishian has a lovely figure, as does Jessica Alba. I also admire Kelly Brooke’s figure as she’s curvy but slim and lovely.

What’s your big night out routine?

I shower and wash my hair, brush my teeth then do my make-up; I have to have a glass of champagne with the girls when we get ready. I never used to be able to do my own eyelashes but now I’ve mastered it and I can. Sam and I always do our own hair and make up ourselves unless it’s for a big occasion, then well have a make-up artist help us.

As you are busy with Minnie’s boutique, how many times a week would you workout?

We're so busy, Minnies is always busy, but we’re lucky that other family members can help out, so it’s mainly at the weekend it’s busy really.
It’s party season! What are your top tips for dressing to impress during the festive season?

I really like body con dresses with sleeves and tights, or ankle-boots and socks look really nice this time of the year nice and warm. I think lace dresses look really nice.

As sisters in this together, how supportive are you to each other when it comes to motivating and keeping fit?

We do support each other, when we start thinking we are getting a bit fat - we need to start working out, we get on with it and do it together to keep each other motivated.
