Featuring a combination of fat blasting interval training, full body workouts and simple routines, even a busy mum like Natalie can find the time in her schedule for ‘The perfect ten’: “I'm a mum now and realise the importance of changing my lifestyle to be fit and healthy; this DVD is about that lifestyle change and doing a workout regime that is achievable and delivers results I can sustain.”

Natalie confesses - “Fitness and well-being and feeling good and looking good are key to my life more now than it has ever been. Turning 30 this year, and also, very importantly, having a daughter, has made me realise that there’s only really one way to live when it comes to health and fitness. If I don’t feel comfortable within my body, things suffer.”

You haven’t got to go out and buy a lycra jumpsuit, parade around, have a sweat band on and be like [a] mother earth yoga teacher.

Natalie admits that her fitness DVD ‘The perfect ten’ is different from other as it is not about a girl who was overweight before and lose loads of weight in a short time lapse. It is more about losing and maintaining the weight the healthy and reliable way over a longer period of time.

The DVD was filmed over four months. Natalie says: “At the start I’m on there jumping around, doing what I’m doing, wobbling about a bit. And I’m hoping real women will think, good for her, she’s up there, she’s not a tiny stick, but she’s in her gear and she’s just really working out hard. I think people will enjoy the fact that I am struggling through it. I am never ever going to be a size 6, naturally, it’s not going to happen! I do my exercises and I’m a size 10.  It’s a size I am comfortable with and one I have worked hard to slim down to.”

“In this day and age we get magazines and you look at them and it’s either really fat [or] tiny - there’s no sort of ‘average’. People don’t really like the word ‘average’ but I kind of see myself as an average, normal girl. I think we should all feel comfortable in our skin and as long as we know in our hearts that we’re not over eating or under eating and that you’re eating well and you’re exercising, that’s the way you should be, that’s the shape you’re meant to be, so you should be it.”

“The DVD gives such an intense but achievable work out and it is has really worked for me” – admits Natalie.

What would Natalie say to people who are making excuses about not wanting to get into fitness?  “You haven’t got to go out and buy a lycra jumpsuit, parade around, have a sweat band on and be like [a] mother earth yoga teacher. Just in your day, if you do half an hour in front of the tele, a few times a week, and then now and again, instead of getting the bus, walk to work. It’s all little things, everyone’s got time, and everyone says they haven’t got time but you have, there is time to do it if you just schedule it in. Just be active, it’s not even about going mad, just walk places, run up the stairs, buzz about a bit and just do this DVD a few times a week and I think you’ll see results, I really do.”
