Get one step closer to toned legs

We would all love to have super toned, sexy legs but you may think it’s hard to achieve. Wrong! Follow these quick and easy exercises and you’ll have legs like Beyoncé in no time.

Squats

Start with your feet shoulder width apart and arms by your side, lower yourself until your knees are nearly at a right angle and then bring yourself back up. Perform 2 sets of this with each set consisting of 15 – 20 squats. Squats will help tone your bum and thighs!

Lunges

Stand with your right leg forward and your left leg backward and slowly bend the knee until both legs are nearly at a right angle. Push back up into the starting position, keeping the back straight at all times. Do this 15 to 20 times and then swap to the other leg. This exercise also tones the bum and thighs!

Calf rises

Stand straight back and slowly move on to your toes, lifting your heels off the ground, then slowly place them back on the ground. Do 2 reps of these, each consisting of 15 reps. This exercise will tone your legs and calves.

Walking

Walking is the easiest exercise to do to help tone your legs, walk at least 30 minutes a day in a brisk walk to help define those leg muscles.
