Blackberry Yoghurt Lollies

With Superberries - Makes 8

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
  • 500g yoghurt (natural, Greek, coconut, soy or almond)
  • 25g fresh blackberries
  • Honey or maple syrup for sweetener (optional)
  • Optional extras: extra berries, chopped nuts and toasted coconut

Method

  1. Add the yoghurt to a bowl and mix in Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
  2. Add fruit and mash together until combined, adding additional berries or nuts if desired
  3. Add to ice lolly molds and freeze for 3-4 hours

 

Banana Bread Overnight Oats

With Digestive Boost - Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 125ml milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost
  • &12; mashed ripe banana
  • &12; sliced banana (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar that can be sealed and stir well
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. Serve hot or cold, garnish with additional sliced banana if desired

Vegan Cookies & Cream Freakshake

With Cacao Boost - Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 200g vegan dark chocolate
  • 450ml oat milk (or other nut milk)
  • 800ml dairy free ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or cookies & cream)
  • 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Cacao Boost
  • To serve:
  • Vegan biscuits (oreos)
  • Soya whipped cream
  • Vegan brownies
  • Vegan chocolate buttons

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth
  2. Melt a few squares of the dark chocolate and decorate the glass by drizzling down the inside
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the glasses until about ¾ full
  4. Top with the whipped cream, biscuits, brownies and chocolate buttons. Enjoy!
