“I stuck to a routine and found the plan very simple, easy to do and stick to. The first 3-5 days are hard but keep at it. Tips would be to just keep going! I work in retail so I’m on my feet a lot and was too tired to exercise. I felt depressed, had low self-esteem, my weight gain really affected me day to day life.
