Gemma Arterton at Quantum of Solace premiere

Daniel Craig, Gemma Arterton and Dame Judi Dench were among the stars that attended the Quantum of Solace premiere last night.

The eagerly anticipated film finally made its debut in London, after months of teaser trailers and pictures from the set.

The film will be officially released tomorrow, on Halloween and the buzz is, that it's set to eclipse the success of its predecessor, Casino Royale.

Bond Beauties Gemma Arterton and Olga Kuryl both rocked the red carpet in their daring outfit choices, while other celebrities kept it pretty simple and dull with their fashion looks.

The gorgeous Daniel Craig showed up with his arm in a sling, but still managed to dazzle the crowds, who were waiting a glimpse of their Bond hero. And what a hero he was, our spies tell us he was signing autographs and talking to fans for ages, despite the freezing cold temperatures.

We take a look at the fashion from the event to see who got it right and who got it so, so wrong...

Gemma Arterton

Well, Gemma certainly likes to make an impression doesn't she?! We're on the fence about this dress, because on the one hand it is so different and fun, and on the other it looks like she's half dressed. It's a shame really, because those studded shoes are fab and bang on trend, and the purple colour is stunning on her, but the fact that she's teamed it with hooped earrings and a bizarre belt detracts from her overall look.

Olga Kuryl

Looking bloomin' lovely, Olga shows the Brit's how it's done. The stunning actress wore a gorgeous red dress, with ruffle detailing at the back and a sequined poppy design on one of her shoulder straps. She keeps it simple with minimal accessories and a tumbling up-do, making her our favourite Bond girl of the evening, sorry Gemma!

Elle Macpherson

Elle, dear this dress is all wrong. You are not a 20-year-old anymore, and as such you should choose a dress to reflect that. There's no denying that 'The Body' does indeed have one to die for, especially for someone over 40, but why would she choose to look like some colourful tinfoil? Even the accessories are a bit rubbish, the only saving grace as far as we're concerned is her gorgeous hair.

Samantha Bond

The former Miss Moneypenny looked drained and bedraggled in this poor outfit choice. Black seems to be the choice for every celebrity at the moment, when it comes to dressing for award ceremonies or premieres. Samantha continues the trend, by choosing a horrendous fur-collared coat, dull accessories and a boring black dress. Not your finest hour, Miss Moneypenny!
