The 22-year-old singer-songwriter has united with Jameela Jamil, 'Made in Chelsea' star Rosie Fortescue, Dionne Bromfield and supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell - who helped launch the foundation in 1996 - as an additional ambassador to support Breast Cancer Now in its latest campaign to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Speaking about her latest venture with the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer fundraiser, the 'Best of My Love' vocalist said: "Fashion is ever-evolving, it changes every day and everybody is so different with how they wear fashion. For me it's all about feeling your best, so not only can you look awesome in this year's collection you can also wear your support and make a real difference to so many people.

"I'm so proud to be involved and be a part of something as important as Fashion Targets Breast Cancer."

The six-week campaign - which saw legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino work on the photoshoot - has unleashed an exclusive collection hand-picked from high street retailers such as Marks and Spencer, Topshop, Blow, Laura Ashley and more stores, which will see 30 per cent of donations go towards research into the disease and to help reach their target of reducing the deaths to breast cancer in 2050 to zero.

The campaign has previously received support from fellow models Elle Macpherson, Claudia Schiffer, Georgia May Jagger, Twiggy, Abbey Clancy as well as Kylie Minogue and photographers Ellen von Unwerth, and Patrick Demarchelier.
