Gwyneth Paltrow was handed the top honour at this year's InStyle Awards.

The 'Mortdecai' actress and GOOP founder was presented with the Style Icon gong at the ceremony yesterday (26.10.15) by close pal Kate Hudson.
Welcoming Gwyneth on stage, Kate said: "From the first moment I laid eyes on this woman it was love at first sight."
To which the 43-year-old actress replied: "I don't have a little sister by birth, but if I had one, she's the incarnation of my beautiful, carefree, spirited little sister who brings music and spontaneity, and an incredible unselfconsciousness and all of this fire into my life."
Gwyneth showed just why she was worthy of the coveted honour as she glided down the black carpet in a floor-length low cut black dress, which was decorated with jewels.
Earlier in the evening, the 'Almost Famous' beauty shared a snap of the pair getting ready for the event.
She captioned it: "Excited to present an award to @gwynethpaltrow #instyleawards #lovemygirlfriends #styleicon (sic)."
Elsewhere at the bash, Kim Kardashian West showed off her growing baby bump in a flowing white caped dress whilst 'Good For You' hitmaker Selena Gomez wowed in a short monochrome party dress.
Other winners included Zoe Kravitz, who was named Breakthrough Style Star of the Year, and Ansel Elgort, who received the award for Man of Style of the Year.
