Lena Dunham protected herself from any nipple slips at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night (11.01.14) by donning nipple covers.
The 'Girls' actress-and-creator walked the red carpet in a striking scarlet satin dress by Zac Posen which she teamed with a pearl ring and bracelet.
And to ensure her breasts didn't take attention away from her choice of outfit, Lena was fitted with flesh-coloured pads to protect her modesty.
A photo posted by producer Jenner Konner on Instagram showed Lena in an open dressing gown wearing the protective covers, with the accompanying post: "#FREETHENIPPLE cover. (sic)"
Once Lena was dressed she walked the red carpet with her 'Girls' co-star Andrew Rannells, leaving her boyfriend Jack Antonoff at home.
Speaking to E! presenter Ryan Seacrest, she revealed designer Zac used to be her babysitter.
Lena said: "I'm wearing Zac Posen, my former babysitter. I'm sure my parents paid him $4.75, it was the going rate, it was the late 90s."
Although Jack didn't join Lena at the ceremony, he did attend the official HBO party with his girlfriend.
At the bash, the 28-year-old comic was seen chatting to Taylor Swift and was spotted kissing Jack on the dancefloor.
Although she had a great night, Lena or her show 'Girls' didn't win in any of the categories they were nominated in.
