The 19-year-old singer-and-model and newest CoverGirl spokesperson opted for a "mullet" hairstyle and double-breasted, wide-leg suit from Canadian designers D-Squared to create an androgynous look in tribute to the late musician, who was being honoured with a special Lady Gaga performance at the ceremony in Los Angeles on Monday night (15.02.16).

Taking to Twitter, she posted: "Yes I have a mullet ... business in the front party in the back. For you #DavidBowie. (sic)"

Zendaya has also shared which makeup products she used for the massive music night on the Covergirl Instagram account.

The 'Shake It Up' actress doubled up her truNAKED Eyeshadow Nude Palettes for contouring. She said: "I love that no matter the look you are trying to achieve, these palettes offer a variety of colours and textures for a flawless look.

"I even used the lighter shade within the palette as a highlighter on my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose and on the cupids bow."

She used 'Intensify Me! Liquid Liner' in intense black and Plumpify Mascara for a bold outline of her upper eye-lid.

She shared: "This mascara gives loads of volume by lifting the lashes from the root, making them stand out more. I always finish any look by grooming my brows - it's key!"

The starlet continues to apply truBLEND bronzer and blusher on the apples of her cheeks, on top of a liquid foundation base coat.

Speaking about the effect, she said: "The end look is flawless, yet my skin shines through and I don't feel overly made up.

"Now, no look of mine is ever complete without a touch of color on the lips - tonight I used Colorlicious Oh Sugar! In Caramel."
