JW Anderson backstage at his London Fashion Week show
JW Anderson knows a thing or two about being kept busy, so he decided to share his tips on how to stay on top when you're on the go.

JW Anderson has compiled his five tips for staying on top when you’re constantly busy and on the go:
- I’ve learnt to deal with the stress by turning off phone my every now and then. It helps remove any distractions and means I can fully focus on my end goal.
- My advice for young designers has always been to never compromise, even when the pressure is on. I think that should apply to everyone, in all walks of life.
- When you’re rushing about, it’s so easy to forget to eat. I always carry plenty of fruit and water on me so that I can have a drink and a snack when I get a spare moment.
