Antonio Berardi SS14
Yet another jacket we love for Spring/Summer 14 is the pastel biker jacket, it’s easy to wear and works as the perfect contrast to the soft flowing fabrics.
Spotted on the runway at Antonio Berardi SS14, but much more affordable in River Island, the pastel biker jacket is loved by celebrities too. Just this past weekend we spotted Lucy Hale wearing one, and our best dressed TOWIE star, Lauren Pope has also been spotted wearing a mint green option too.
Pastels have of course been the go-to colour palette for SS14, seen at Vionnet, Christopher Kane, Calvin Klein and Burberry to name a few, and this contrast of toughened biker jacket gives the perfect balance.
We’ll be wearing ours with white jeans and a simple tee during the day, and dressing it up the evening with pastel pleated maxi skirt and strappy heels.
