Salon Prive

Salon Prive

* New, late-night opening and ‘Pommery Picnic’ on Friday 24th June, 7pm-11pm
* Special, evening-only tickets on sale, priced from £95.00
* Event moves to Syon Park; new dates 22nd-24th June 2011

Visitors to Salon Privé at Syon Park on Friday 24th June will be in for an added treat, as its doors will remain open until 11pm, for the first time ever, creating the UK’s first late-night motor show and bringing a new dimension to the event.

The ‘Pommery Picnic’ will start at 7pm and extend the garden-party theme into the evening, giving guests the chance to attend the finale of the event and enjoy the surroundings in an evening setting, with live jazz music.  Specially-priced, £95.00 tickets will give visitors the opportunity to enjoy this evening experience, without also attending in the daytime.

The move is one of several important changes that have been made possible by Salon Privé’s move to its new London home, Syon Park, residence of His Grace, The Duke of Northumberland.

The three-day celebration of supercars, classic cars and luxury brands takes place one month earlier than previously, on 22nd – 24th June, placing it at the centre of the British summer season calendar.  Opening one hour earlier, at 11am each day, this year’s Salon Privé also incorporates a brand new sale by international collector car specialists, RM Auctions.

One thing that does not change is the all-inclusive approach to hospitality; each guest daytime ticket offers full access to all areas of Salon Privé, lobster lunch, afternoon tea and unlimited complimentary Pommery champagne.

Premium brands already confirmed as attending include Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Boodles Jewellers, Jaguar Cars, Audemars Piguet, Aston Martin, Kilgour tailors, Land Rover, Riva sports boats and Bentley.  The prestigious Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance will also return at the new venue and will boast more classes than ever, supported once again by Chubb Insurance.

Said Salon Privé co-founder, David Bagley:  “Thanks to the move to Syon Park, we can develop Salon Privé into an even better experience than ever before.”
