Clint Eastwood is one of my favourite directors as he delivers high quality movies time after time after time - and thoroughly deserves all of the acclaim that comes along with them.
And the Oscar winning director is back with his new movie J. Edgar - which stars Leonardo DiCaprio; the first time that the pair have teamed up.
J.Edgar the first movie project for DiCaprio since Inception as he takes on the role of J. Edgar Hoover, the founder of the FBI.
It may come as no surprise that a Eastwood movie has drawn a great cast with the likes of Naomi Watts, Judi Dench, Josh Lucas, and Armie Hammer will all star.
As the face of law enforcement in America for almost 50 years, J. Edgar Hoover was feared and admired, reviled and revered.
But behind closed doors, he held secrets that would have destroyed his image, his career and his life.
This movie is already surrounded in Oscar whisper - the Academy does love a good biopic movie; throw in Eastwood and DiCaprio and you have a sure fire winner!
