I started taking the herbal medicine Vitano, which contains Rhodiola rosea, as I wanted to try a natural approach and I really noticed how quickly it helped reduce my stress levels and gave me an instant energy boost, plus I was able to concentrate better both at home and at work.” (Available from Boots, leading pharmacies and health-food stores, RRP £13.27)
