Kaleidoscope Entertainment is pleased to announce the UK release of Betsy & Leonard, starring Ryan Davenport, Sharea Samuels, Petra Letang and Philippe Small. Directed by Bernhard Pulcher, the film will be released in cinemas on 28th March 2014.
A month into a six-month prison sentence for dealing mushrooms and weed, aspiring DJ Alex King (Ryan Davenport) discovers he can serve out the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.
Struggling to find a place to stay, he tells his probation officer that he still lives at his last known address: a London flat belonging to his ex-girlfriend Karen (Sharea Samuels).
Still reeling from their messy break up, Karen is horrified to find Alex installed in her flat, unable to leave.
But thanks to British bureaucracy, she discovers she can’t just throw him out, which means she either has to accept him or take drastic action to get rid of him.
Betsy & Leonard is released 28th March.
