Inside Out is one of the animation movies that I have been looking forward to all year and is set to be one of the most successful films in this genre in 2015.

Inside Out

No summer is complete without a Pixar movie and fans have had to wait since Monsters University back in Joy 2013 for the next piece of Pixar magic... thankfully, we are not going to have to wait too much longer.

Inside Out received its world premiere last month at the Cannes Film Festival - where it was met with acclaim and praise for its original ideas.

A brand new clip for the film has been released and we have it for you to take a look at:

Inside Out is perhaps the most adventurous Pixar movie to date, as it is set inside the mind of a young girl, where emotions Joy, Anger, Disgust, Fear, and Sadness are trying to lead her through life.

The movie marks the return of Pete Docter to the director's chair - he has already brought us terrific films such as Up and my favourite Monsters, Inc. but I think that Inside Out is going to be his best Pixar movie yet.

Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, Bill Hader, Lewis Black, and Phyllis Smith are on board voicing the characters of Joy, Disgust, Fear, Anger, and Sadness, while Diane Lane and Kyle MacLachlan complete another terrific voice cast list.

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions - Joy (Poehler), Fear (Hader), Anger (Black), Disgust (Kaling) and Sadness (Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control centre inside Riley's mind, where they help advise her through everyday life.

As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley's main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school.

Inside Out is released 24th July.
