Genesis Rodriguez has described co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger as a ‘goofball’.
The Casa De mi Padre actress teams up with the Hollywood hardman for new action movie The Last Stand.
And Rodriguez reveals that the actor is much funnier than she was expecting.
Speaking to Total Film the actress said: "You know what? Arnold is surprisingly funny. No one expects that of him, but he’s a total goofball.
"It’s so weird because you’re standing next to The Terminator and he’s cracking a joke and... you don’t know whether to laugh or not."
The Last Stand is Schwarzenegger's first big lead role since he returned to acting while Jee-won Kim is in the director's chair.
Rodrigo Santoro, Jaimie Alexander, Forest Whitaker and Peter Stormare join Schwarzenegger and Rodriguez on the cast list.
It has been a busy year for the actress with Man on a Ledge, Casa de mi Padre and What to Expect When You're Expecting under her belt and she has completed work on Hours and identity Thief.
The Last Stand is released 25th January.
