Phil Collins' Daughter To Play Lautner's Girlfriend In Thriller
Rocker Phil Collins' actress daughter Lily has landed a major new movie role - as Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner's new love interest.
The Blind Side actress, 21, has been cast opposite Lautner in director John Singleton's new film Abduction.
The film will shoot in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania this summer (10)
French Mermaid Joins Pirates Cast
French actress Astrid Berges-Frisbey has landed her first English-language film as a mermaid in the fourth Pirates Of The Caribbean movie.
The Bruc star joins Penelope Cruz and Brit Ian McShane among the Europeans joining Pirates regulars Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush in On Stranger Tides, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film, directed Rob Marshall, will start shooting in Hawaii this summer (10).
Hendricks Still Disappointed By Lost Allen Role
Mad Men star Christina Hendricks is still smarting after losing a role in a Woody Allen movie - because the director branded her "too sweet".
The 34 year old found fame playing Joan Holloway in the TV drama series but insists being rejected by the filmmaker has been the biggest disappointment in her career thus far.
She tells Britain's Marie Claire, "It's always been a dream of mine to work with Woody Allen. I had an audition last year but didn't get the role, and it kind of hurt my heart. He said I was too sweet. I guess if you're not going to get something, that's a good reason, right?"
