Toy Story 3 has returned to the top of the Aussie box office, toppling The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Pixar's latest movie took $6.3 million at the ticket office this week to move up a single place and once again grab the top spot. Twilight Saga: Eclipse was $1 million behind at $5.3 million to moves down to two.
Woody, Buzz and the whole gang are back. As their owner Andy prepares to depart for college, his loyal toys find themselves in daycare where untamed tots with their sticky little fingers do not play nice.
So, it's all for one and one for all as they join Barbie's counterpart Ken, a thespian hedgehog named Mr. Pricklepants and a pink, strawberry-scented teddy bear called Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear to plan their great escape.
It's been eleven years since Toy Story last graced the big screen, Toy Story 2 was released, back in 1999, and it's popularity hasn't waned as Toy Story 3 has already take $555 million worldwide.
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third film in the franchise, is another movie that's enjoying big box office success as it has grossed over $458 million in just two weeks.
Moving up seemed to be a big of a theme to the chart this week as The Karate Kid moved up two places from number five to round off the top three.
Robert Rodriguez's collaboration with Nimrod Antal, Predators was the only new entry on the chart as it opened at number four, While There was a three place rise for Shrek Forever After as it moved from eight to five.
Grown Ups was one of this week's biggest faller as is dropped two places from four to six, Gen Him To The Greek also fell two spots from six to eight.
Marmaduke held onto seventh spot while Sex and the City 2 dropped just one place from eight to nine. Animal Kingdom didn't move at ten.
