Danny Boyle has been linked to a Billie Jean King biopic.
Page Six has reported that the Oscar winning filmmaker is in talks to helm the biopic about the tennis superstar.
It seems that he could well be reuniting with writer Simon Beaufoy and producer Christian Colson from Slumdog Millionaire for the project.
The movie looks set to chronicle the life and career of the multiple Grand Slam champion - including her iconic Battle of the Sexes match against Bobby Riggs.
We last saw Boyle in the director's chair for Trance in 2013, but he has since worked on TV project Babylon.
Boyle is no stranger to the biopic genre, having brought us the fantastic 127 Hours back in 2011.
The director has also been linked to the director's chair for Porno and a live action adaptation of a documentary that hit the big screen last year about The Pink Panthers.
