Douglas Booth

Douglas Booth has described Darren Aronofsky as one of the greatest filmmakers alive.

Booth returns to the big screen this week in Aronofsky's biblical epic Noah, where he will play one of Noah's sons.

The movie marks the first time that Booth has worked with the filmmaker, and he admits that he has been a fan of the director for some time.

The actor was on the red carpet in Leicester Square earlier this week for the UK premiere of the movie.

Speaking on the red carpet Booth heaped praise on Aronofsky and his co-stars:

Noah is the first time that we have seen Booth on the big screen since Romeo and Juliet, but the movie kicks off a busy year for the actor.

He has completed work on sci-fi blockbuster Jupiter Ascending and Brit film Posh.

He is currently working on the London segment of Geography of the Heart, which is directed by David Allain and Alexandra Billington

Noah is released 4th April.
