Netflix have done it again, bagging another movie (outside of the United States and Canada) that's already been making waves at the Sundance Film Festival 2019. This time, it's the second feature from writer and director Babak Anvari, Wounds, which stars Armie Hammer, Dakota Johnson and Zazie Beetz. Check out the trailer below:

Hammer takes on the role of bartender Will; a man who discovers a mobile phone following a violent brawl in his bar, which then leads to him receiving ominous messages. As they get creepier and crazier, his life descends into chaos, affecting both him, and everybody around him.

With the visions changing his personality and leading to poisonous interactions with live-in girlfriend Carrie (Johnson), as well as bar regular Alicia (Beetz), the trio must work together if they're to ever find solace.

The thriller is based on the novella The Visible Filth, by Nathan Ballingrud, and is due to be shown as part of the BFI London Film Festival 2019.
