The final trailer for upcoming horror flick Halloween Kills has arrived, showcasing the community that are coming together in a bid to take down the murderous Michael Myers once and for all.

Leading the charge of course, is one Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis). After leaving Myers for dead in her own burning home, she thought that her lifelong nightmare had come to a close, but upon learning that the monster had actually survived that event, taking the lives of first responders in doing so, she unites with former survivors of the killer.

Forming a vigilante mob, Laurie and her daughter Karen (Judy Greer), along with granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) come together, in the hopes of unmasking Myers and bringing his life to an end.

Legacy characters making their return for Halloween Kills include Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace and Nancy Stephens as Nurse Marion Chambers. Tommy Doyle will also be returning, with a new face; Anthony Michael Hall takes on the role.

Will Patton and Thomas Mann also star.

David Gordon Green returns to director duties, following the huge success of his 2018 Halloween release, which earned over $250 million at the worldwide box office, thus becoming the highest-grossing chapter in the four-decade franchise. It also marked a new record, as the biggest opening weekend in history for a horror film starring a woman.

Ignoring everything that came after the original 1978 Halloween classic, the 2018 sequel saw Myers return on a fateful October 31st, intent on bringing Laurie Strode’s life to an end. Whilst he was almost successful, she and her family managed to gain the upper hand; but not for long…

Green also serves as writer, alongside Scott Teems and Danny McBride, basing their script on characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill.

Malek Akkad, Jason Blum and Bill Block produce, with Carpenter, Curtis, McBride, Green and Ryan Freimann all serving as executive producers.
