Jackass is a popular and well-known franchise that began as a TV series in 2000; now, there are three movies (plus behind-the-scenes features) within the franchise, with the last film, Jackass 3, being released in 2010.

This year (2022), sees the release of the fourth film in this franchise: Jackass Forever aka Jackass 4. The show and film series are well-known for their crazy stunts, pranks and more, including 'taming wild animals’ (namely an angry ram) with music, strapping fireworks to skates, and more.

There has been a lot of excitement surrounding the newest entry into the Jackass franchise, and a lot of interest too in regard to the cast. It is widely known at this point that former cast member, Bam Margera, will not be appearing.

This is due to the actor reportedly being in breach of his contract, which was created to prevent Margera from repeating his acts of substance abuse.

However, there are many stars who will be returning for the fourth instalment, including Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Preston Lacy, Chris Pontius, Dave England and more. In addition to these original cast members, Jackass 4 will be welcoming some new faces to the madness.

The additional cast includes Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Zach Holmes, British recruit Eric Manaka, Jasper Dolphin, and Rachel Wolfson.

New posters have been released starring these fresh faces and, not only that, but a behind-the-scenes clip has been released in which the stars of Jackass 4 discuss the new, incredibly hilarious and of course, dangerous movie.

In the video, the newcomers talk about how excited and honoured they are to be working with the likes of Knoxville and Steve-O, as they have admired them for as long as they can remember.

While it is brilliant to see the cast back in action after 13 years, it will also be exciting to see some new stars in the line-up to get hurt, including the first ever official female member of the crew, Rachel.

The trailers for Jackass 4 showcase both old cast members and new doing some insane stunts, including letting a potentially venomous rattlesnake bite you (in the face), licking stun guns, playing with angry bulls, being shot out of a cannon, and so much more.

Jackass Forever was unfortunately delayed last year (2021) from March 5th, and then to October 22nd; now, the feature is now scheduled to release on February 4th, 2022.
