Niall Johnson’s thrilling Western adventure The Stolen will come to select cinemas across the UK this November, starring Alice Eve and Jack Davenport. Gearing up for the release, a brilliant new trailer for the film has recently been released, which you can check out below:

Taking viewers back to 1860, they’ll be transported to the South Island of New Zealand and meet Charlotte Lockton (Alice Eve), who’s settled into life with her wealthy husband David (Lucas Hinch). The Gold Rush is firmly underway and life seems blissful, but when Charlotte’s world is unexpectedly turned upside down following the kidnapping of her son, things begin to get drastically altered.

Annoyed at the lack of work being done by the local authorities, Charlotte takes it upon herself to search for her child’s kidnapper, setting out on a journey of self-discovery and strength, which sees her join a convoy of ex-cons, prostitutes and Maori warriors heading for Gold Town.

It is there that she meets Joshua McCullen (Jack Davenport), the owner of the town and somebody who’s pivotal in helping her uncover the truth behind her son’s disappearance.

An impressive supporting cast comes together for the film including Graham McTavish, Stan Walker and Cohen Holloway, with the always-brilliant Niall Johnson in the Director’s Chair.

The movie’s arrival on British shores has been a long time coming, with the film originally wrapping up production and receiving reviews back in 2016. Fortunately, its reputation precedes it and a lot of good has been said about the flick. We can’t wait to see it with our own two eyes this November.

The Stolen comes to selected cinemas on November 3, 2017.
