Logan Lerman will be back on the big screen this summer as he reprises the role of Percy Jackson in Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters.

The movie comes three years after the success of Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief as Rick Riordan's work is one again adapted for the big screen.

This time around Thor Fredenthal is in the director's chair while Stanley Tucci, Nathan Fillion and Anthony Head are some of the great new additions.

Lerman is not the only familiar face returning as Brand T. Jackson, Sean Bean and Jake Abel are also reprising roles from the first film.

Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, continues the epic journey to fulfil his destiny, as he teams with his demigod friends to retrieve the Golden Fleece, which has the power to save their home and training ground, Camp Half-Blood.

Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters is released 7th August.
