The brand new and main poster for San Andreas has arrived as Dwayne Johnson is set to return to the big screen.
We are huge fans of Johnson here at FemaleFirst, and it is always great to see him back on the big screen. This time around, he is tackling a disaster movie as he reunites with filmmaker Brad Peyton.
Johnson and Peyton first teamed up back in 2012 for the hugely successful Journey 2: The Mysterious Island - this will mark their second feature film together.
Johnson will take on the central role of rescue chopper pilot Ray, who is called into action after a huge earthquake hits California. A cast list of established stars and up and coming talent has been assembled as Johnson is joined by Alexandra Daddario, Carla Gugino, Colton Haynes, Ioan Gruffud, and Paul Giamatti are all on board.
After the infamous San Andreas Fault finally gives, triggering a magnitude 9 earthquake in California, a search and rescue helicopter pilot (Johnson) and his estranged wife make their way together from Los Angeles to San Francisco to save their only daughter.
But their treacherous journey north is only the beginning. And when they think the worst may be over... it's just getting started.
San Andreas is released 29th May.
