Stellan Skarsgard says he has no problem with the nude scenes in Thor: The Dark World.

Skarsgard is reprising the role of scientist Erik Selvig in the latest Marvel film, in which he runs around Stonehenge naked. And the actor admits that filming those scenes was not a 'big deal'

The actor and the rest of the cast were on the red carpet in London's Leicester Square last night for the world premiere of the film.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the film's world premiere in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday (22.10.13), he said: "If you've seen what I've done before you'll know that I'm naked in half of my films so it wasn't a big deal.

"And I was born naked, also! I got a question through my agent asking would I mind [getting naked] and I didn't mind."

Thor: The Dark World is the third time that Skarsgard has played the role of Selvig having appear in both Thor and Avengers Assemble.

Skarsgard was joined on the red carpet last night by Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Idris Elba, Kat Dennings and director Alan Taylor.

Thor: The Dark World is released 30th October.
