Directed by Tim Miller, with James Cameron and David Ellison serving as producers, comes the untitled Terminator sequel set for release in November 2019. This week, fans of the franchise have been treated to a brilliant first look image from the film, which shows fan-favourite character Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), alongside Natalia Reyes as Dani Ramos, and Mackenzie Davis as Grace. Check it out below:

With Arnold Schwarzenegger also returning to the film series, and the likes of Gabriel Luna and Diego Boneta also starring, the upcoming Terminator flick looks set to be an action-packed and nostalgic addition to an already-iconic string of movies.

Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Bonnie Curtis, Julie Lynn, Tim Miller, John Kelly, and Edward Cheng all serve as executive producers on the film, and whilst there are a lot of names attached, there's not been much in the way of details surrounding the plot or direction it will take.

Production was set to get underway on this sixth entry into the franchise in March of this year, but problems with casting caused all of that to be delayed. Fortunately, filming did get underway in Isleta del Moro, Almería in Spain on June 4, 2018, with production moving to Origo Film Studios in Budapest, and Hungary shortly after. Some scenes are also set to be shot in America.

As mentioned, we don't know too much about the major details surrounding the film, so we'll be keeping our ears close to the ground and reporting back with anything we hear as soon as we hear it.

Terminator returns to the big screen in November 2019.
