There as been no film that has been more controversial in recent weeks then The Interview after an infamous hack that put the U.S. release on hold.

The Interview

The Interview

Despite not getting the big U.S. release that Sony had planned, the movie has enjoyed success in some cinemas and on VoD... and now the film is coming to the UK.

Yes, The Interview will be seen on some UK cinema screens and a brand new poster for the movie has been released to celebrate.

The Interview sees James Franco and Seth Rogen reunite on the big screen, while Evan Goldberg teams up with Rogen in the director's chair. This is the second time that Goldberg and Rogen have collaborated in the director's chair - their first film together being This Is The End.

Franco and Rogen will take on the central roles in the film, they are joined on the cast list by Lizzy Caplan, Randall Park, and Diana Bang.

In the action-comedy The Interview, Dave Skylark (Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Rogen) run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show "Skylark Tonight."

When they discover that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimise themselves as journalists.

As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the two least-qualified men imaginable, to assassinate Kim Jong-un.

The Interview is released 6th February.
