The One I Love

The One I Love

The One I Love becomes the latest film to be added to the Sundance London schedule.

Sundance London is in its third year and brings some of the standout films from the Sundance Film Festival to the UK for a festival weekend at the end of April.

The One I Love will receive its international premiere when it is screened at the O2 in a few weeks time.

The movie marks the feature film directorial debut for Charlie McDowell, as he makes the leap from shorts to feature film. Justin Lader is also aboard the project as he has penned the screenplay: this is his first feature film screenplay.

McDowell has brought together a great cast with this debut project, as Mark Duplass, Elisabeth Moss and Ted Danson are all on board.

On the brink of separation, Ethan and Sophie escape to a beautiful vacation house for a weekend getaway in an attempt to save their marriage.

What begins as a romantic and fun retreat soon becomes surreal, when an unexpected discovery forces the two to examine themselves, their relationship and their future.

Blue Ruin, Fruitvale Station, Frank, The Voices, Hits, and They Came Together are some of the other dramatic movies that will also be on show. The movie also has some great documentary and short films that are set to be screened from a wide range of filmmakers.

Sundance London will take place at the O2, London from 25-27 April.
