Marvel Studios are doing extremely well in the box office with their Marvel Cinematic Universe releases, and one of the movies that are right around the corner in regards to release is the third Thor movie, Thor: Ragnarok. The film will see Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) reunited, teaming up in the third movie to take on one of their biggest threats to-date.
Taika Waititi is the director behind the third Thor solo entry and this past weekend, he took to his Instagram account to show a behind-the-scenes picture of Hemsworth in full costume, sitting at a table and surrounded by a selection of pumpkins and gourds for an upcoming second part of Team Thor.
Team Thor is a mockumentary that showed what Thor was getting up to during the events of Civil War with his roommate Darryl Jacobson. A second part to the hilarious series is scheduled to be released, and now this picture gives a glimpse of what to expect.
Asgardians are known for their healthy appetites and love for food, and so whilst the picture doesn’t give away much in regards to the storyline or plot we should expect from Ragnarok, it certainly looks as if we should look forward to some more light-hearted humour with Team Thor.
Those who enjoyed the first part of the mockumentary will be able to see the second part when it is released as a special feature on the Doctor Strange Blu-ray, which arrives on February 28.
Meanwhile, expect to see Thor: Ragnarok in UK cinemas on October 27 and a week later in US theaters on November 3.
