Toby Kebbell is joining The Fantastic Four as Victor Von Doom.
It was revealed last month that Kebbell was just one of the actors that Fox were looking at for the role, but according to Variety, they have made their choice.
The likes of Eddie Redmayne, Jack Huston and Sam Riley were all reported to be in the running for the villainous role.
Kebbell is no stranger to the big budget blockbuster, having starred in Prince of Persia and the upcoming Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
The British actor will join Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B Jordan and fellow Brit Jamie Bell on the cast list.
Teller, Mara, Jordan and Bell have landed the roles of Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm.
Josh Trank has been tasked with rebooting this Marvel franchise for Fox, in what will be his first film since he made his directorial debut with Chronicle.
Kebbell will be back on the big screen with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes this summer. He has also completed work on Buddha's Little Finger and is currently filming Warcraft.
Filming is set to get underway this spring for the June 2015 release.
