Having signed a new record deal with 679 Recordings, The Rifles are set to release brand new single ‘Talking’ as a free download for both their barrage of fans and the unconverted music-loving public alike.This comes off the back of their forthcoming UK tour, which took in a SOLD OUT show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on October 4, and what a riotous affair it was.A fine lesson in classic Rock ‘n’ Roll, ‘Talking’ perfectly jumpstarts the lead-in to The Rifles’ second album due for release in late Spring 2008. Proud possessors of a die-hard fanbase (they also sold out the Astoria earlier this year without any major label clout / marketing campaign) - this band remain a force to be reckoned with on the live circuit.This lovely offer of free music from The Rifles will be available on iTunes as of October 20 and run for several weeks.
