Creamfields 2009

Creamfields 2009

Making his debut on the Main stage is demi-god Tiesto; a DJ/Producer legend that is deserving of his stature, as well as showcasing new music for this very special performance, this will also be one of only two events he graces us with in England this year.

Basement Jaxx

Fellow Main Stage headliners are the indomitable Basement Jaxx. With jaw dropping stage shows, chaotic carnival presence and a back catalogue of worldwide smash hits Basement Jaxx drive their electronica, house party wagon right into the heart of Cheshire, and are geared up to eclipse their roof raising performance back in 2005.

Paul Van Dyk

Other additions to the line up include Berlin-born maestro Paul Van Dyk, one of the best DJs and producers on the planet who really needs no introduction, Creamfields is also the only UK festival to have Paul van Dyk and Ti

ёsto perform on the same bill.

Dizzee Rascal

Next up is hip hop extraordinaire Dizzee Rascal who is as well known for his irrepressible style as he is for his headline grabbing performances. His genre bending talent has made waves the world over, fusing grime, hip hop, ragga, garage and even indie.

2ManyDj’s Live

Another act taking control of the Main Stage is the mighty 2ManyDj’s Live, this cutting edge Belgian trio are at the top of their game, their first ever UK tour includes two sell out shows at Brixton Academy, and establishes their position as one of the worlds most in demand electronic outfits.

Calvin Harris

We welcome Calvin Harris to this year’s show, who performs live on the Main Stage. The self proclaimed re-inventor of disco is one of the UK’s biggest acts, his current smash ‘Im Not Alone’ is being hammered across the airwaves and tipped for No.1 success.

Mylo Live

After a 3 year hiatus, we see the return of Mylo Live, this will be a festival exclusive; Mylo will be showcasing new material from his forthcoming album.

David Guetta

Bringing some parisian glamour to Creamfields is France’s hottest house export superstar DJ Mr David Guetta, a force to be reckoned with and a DJ/Producer whose productions turn to gold! Joining him for an exlcusive performance will be fellow French man and Techno legend Laurent Garnier Live.

Swedish House Mafia

The Swedish House Mafia return for a 2nd year to host their own arena following its uber successful debut in 08! Jammed from start to finish, we expect the same hands in the air, four to the floor action this August Bank Holiday weekend.

Deadmau5

Canadian grown talent Deadmau5 joins us for a dance festival exclusive! Following his stratospheric journey to the top of dance music’s top echelons, this new breed of electronic artiste will be stepping up to the plate to inject some of his infectious electro house into the proceedings complete with his trademark giant mou5ehead.

Creamfields 2009 is an explosive end to the Summer, with no stone left unturned with the line up, and ridiculously good value for money, dance festivals don’t get much better than this! It’s what August Bank Holidays are for.
