We're just under halfway through January, and already some incredible music has been revealed by stars and artists from all different types of genres.

We've put together five of those songs released this year so far you need to listen to at some point this week.

The song may not be officially released until March, but a new video came this week which sees the rising British star team with H&M for a colourful and exciting visual.

Peace - 'I'm A Girl'

Peace tweeted news of their new song before premiering it online - the latest to be lifted from the British group's forthcoming new album 'Happy People'. Check out the fun interactive lyric video above!

The Prodigy - 'Nasty'

Having hyping their new record for some time, The Prodigy on Monday night took to Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show to unveil this cut from the sixth LP 'The Day Is My Enemy'.

Martha Bean - 'Song Of The Sea'

Hotly tipped for success this year, Martha Bean has released a teaser from her forthcoming debut album in the form of 'Song Of The Sea'. It's one that has to be listened to in order to be talked about.
