2017 looks to be an exciting year for new artists, with LA-based singer-songwriter Aleem ready to bring his acoustic-guitar-driven brand of R&B-tinged pop to the UK with his new single, ‘Inside Out’. Fresh from supporting Fifth Harmony during their show at The O2 in London, he’s gearing up to take on the world with his addictive and infectious music.

Speaking about the track, Aleem said: “’Inside Out’ came from being in a relationship where I felt like I was the one bringing everything down, but I couldn’t control it. It’s about battling your inner demons and questioning whether you’re in the right place to give love, but also recognising that you really do need that love.”

He added of working with Grammy Award-winning producer Craig Bauer in his late teens: “Craig saw my vision and took me under his wing to develop my sound, which helped me learn a lot about my craft and figure out who I was as an artist.”
