Yasmin Kadi has today (July 15) allowed us to debut the gorgeous video for her new single 'Go Down Low', produced by SOS and described by the artist as "perfect imperfection".

Chatting about the inspiration behind the record, Kadi comments: "There is a lot of pressure in society to look and be a certain way, especially for women.

"We get judged a lot, we are expected to be pictures of perfections and fit into the ideals that is projected through our screens daily. So I basically wanted to say - in a fun way - let's just go and have fun. Don't conform and don't worry about being judged. Just be you!"

With history that includes touring with MOBO Award winner Roots Manuva and performing alongside Paloma Faith at the O2 Forum in London, Kadi also headlined the Women of the World festival at Southbank earlier this year.

She's now also the face and voice of Channel 4's All 4 campaign and stars in the 2016 release of video game Guitar Hero.
