Following their sold out show at London’s The Borderline and recent acclaimed reviews from SXSW and sold out LA shows, fiN announce a headline show at London’s Bush Hall on 18th April for the release of new single ‘Twenty Three/Eve’ on 16th April on Artisan Records.

fiN recently performed a week of packed out shows at SXSW festival, which saw them garner interest from five major labels and one of the biggest booking agents in the US. They also played two shows at LA’s Viper Rooms, with their second headline show a sellout achieving rave reviews from the USA’s leading rock radio station K ROQ who championed them as ‘the next biggest thing in music’.

fiN were formed in late 2009 by four friends from Wandsworth - Luke Joyce (25, vocals), Jonny Garner (25, guitar), Simon Harding (26, drums) and Kerry Lambert (26, bass). Their goal was to create something unique, taking their influences; dEUs, Pearl Jam and The Smashing Pumpkins, and the main elements of alternative rock and creating something innovative and unexpected out of it. And that is where fiN was born.

Debut single ‘The Artisan’, an almost entirely instrumental track which blends the epic darkness of Radiohead and the rock frenzy of Foo Fighters, brought fiN early adopters and began their quick succession of sell-out live shows. Second single ‘Rapture/Everybody Dies Alone’ followed earning the band glowing reviews and a packed out single launch at The Borderline.

New single ‘Twenty Three’, a message to Luke’s recently redundant Dad to stop yearning for his youth, is a heavy guitar led anthem with a catchy pop rock hook throughout. ‘Eve’, a song about the awkwardness of losing your virginity, is a dark orchestral rock ballad that builds to a huge emotive epic chorus. The band will be launching the new single at Bush Hall on 18th April.

fiN are currently self-releasing all their material as limited edition 7" vinyl on their own label Artisan Records which is run completely by themselves. The 7" singles are adorned with pictures of famous inventors across the covers sold only through their website and with the strong reputation of the band as a live act, at their gigs. Fans can also choose to receive a download code which allows them access to the MP3s, videos, making of the videos and extra footage for every song.

The band have achieved a lot in a short space of time; supporting Incubus on their huge arena tour last year playing to over 100,000 people, touring with Feeder and The Kooks, achieving XFM single of the week for ‘The Artisan’ and also front page of Youtube.com raking up over 130,000 views and making them the only unsigned act to do so. fiN are currently working on their debut album which is being mixed by Adrian Bushby (Muse, Foo Fighters) and will be released this Autumn.
