Chipmunk

This July, Bigga Fish returns for its biggest tour yet - with an outstanding line up including headliner Chip (formerly known as Chipmunk), special guest Lethal B and tastemaker favourites Lady Leshurr, Cashtastic, Yungen and Krept & Konan plus more!.

Kicking off on Friday 20th July 2012 in Newcastle and ending in London on Wednesday 25th July, Bigga Fish will take to six cities across the UK to deliver the most electrifying shows in its field with a selection of homegrown talent.

The only tour to exclusively cater to under 21’s, Bigga Fish has quickly become one of the coolest urban events around, past performers  include Wretch 32, Katy B, Tinie Tempah and Ms Dynamite to name a few.

Since its start up 12 years ago, non-profit youth organisation Bigga Fish, now in partnership with V inspired has firmly ingrained itself at the heart of youth culture.

Its primary dedication and focus on working with 14-21 year olds to create and market music events for their peers has acted as a positive outlet for young people partaking to develop invaluable skills and freedom to express themselves resourcefully.

Since generating the largest street team in London (they have worked with over 2,000 young people for a collective audience of over 80,000) Bigga Fish have created events in the past for Lovebox and Camden’s Roundhouse.

Bigga Fish’s The Champion’s Tour is linked to a two-year national programme to train and develop 14-21’s interested in event management, promotion and marketing from across the county.

These regional street teams have been working together to programme, produce and market this July’s most anticipated urban UK tour featuring some of the most exciting names in UK hip-hop, Grime and R&B. The tour also gives burgeoning talent from regions the tour will be visiting to have the opportunity to perform at the event.
